We provide a detailed written estimate before starting any work. You’ll receive it to review and sign off on, ensuring you know exactly what to expect. If additional repairs are necessary beyond the initial estimate, we’ll communicate clearly and get your approval before proceeding.

  • Complexity of the Repair: Routine maintenance is generally quicker and simpler, while complex mechanical repairs involve more time, tools, and expertise, which is reflected in the rate.


    Mobile & Tow Services: These services require extra time, equipment, and travel. Our goal is to offer convenience while covering the added resources needed for on-site assistance.


    After-Hours or Emergency Requests: Repairs outside regular hours (6 PM – 7 AM) incur a $75/hr surcharge due to the added urgency and staffing needs.

  • Our labor rates are based on the type of service, and we use ALLDATA to find accurate labor times for different repairs and procedures. This ensures fairness and consistency with industry standards. We’ll always provide a clear estimate before starting any work.

  • We do our best to provide accurate estimates. If unexpected issues arise, we’ll communicate with you immediately and won’t move forward without your approval.

  • At this time, we do not offer direct payment plans or financing options. However, Square (our digital point of sale system) provides payment methods that include payment plans for certain credit or debit card transactions. For larger, multi-stage repairs, we can also work with you to create an incremental payment plan based on the repair estimate. Just let us know, and we’ll discuss the best option for your situation.
